If you opt to cancel your order after paying for it, you will get a full or partial refund depending on order status. If a writer has not yet been assigned to complete your paper, you can claim a 100% refund. The amount of refund thereafter will be proportional to the non-elapsed deadline. This is because we have to compensate our writers for work already done.
Before we begin work on identical orders, we will call you to ascertain that they have not been placed in error. If you have placed an order by accident, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to the firm.
Late delivery of a paper entitles you to a partial refund on your paper. If your order is late by 1 hour or less, we will give you a 15% refund on your order. If we delay by 1 to 3 hours, you will get a 25% refund. Afterwards, you get a 50% refund with the option to cancel your order and get a full refund. However, with our on-time delivery policy, this is an extremely rare scenario.
Our dispute resolution team will be at hand to deal with this scenario. If you feel that our work is totally unacceptable, we shall analyses the delivered paper vis-à-vis the delivered paper and then grant you a full or partial refund depending on the outcome of our analysis.
If you do not click on the approve button on your control portal, our system will retain the order in pending status until expiry of a 14 day grace period. Afterwards, the order will automatically be flagged as complete.
